What Is The Best Advice You've Ever Gotten From Someone
Honestly, the best advice I've ever received from someone, it'd seem short (when I say short, I'm literally talking about the few words it contains). However, this advice is from one who ought to be my “earthly guardian angel” - and that person is my mother. Though she gives me advice each time she seizes the opportunity to have me around her, and every one of them I always considers the best advice (because she can never imagine herself telling or leaving me to jump from a height that I'd break my leg). Hence, while admitting that her advises to me are always the best, some are “bester” (laughs). While asking this question (what is the best advice you have ever received from someone), I guess you expects only a one answer (the best among others), with that in mind I'm giving out my own.
The best advice I've ever gotten from someone else is that patience is virtue. Deep inside of me, right now, I can picture as she seated on the old wooden chair while she instructed me to grab hold of my ears while she inspires me with the words. She further added that “this patience is hard, expensive and could be costly, to operate but that'll only be for the first moments you wants to start practicing it. It takes the heart “determination and disregard for ego and anger" to achieve this applauding task, and the good thing about it is that when you finally succeeds while get over the bumps that will always come up on the way to its success, you'll definitely understand what life is more about, more. Son, if you starve your heart and teach him the deep meaning of this words that I'm giving you, to the extent that he so wishes and furiously desires to carry it out, you'll successfully grab life on her throat and keep her back on the wall. The fact is that, some people will consider you "weak" but you are not really what they thinks but, wise! Self confidence will always gets you the answers you need, hassle-free…”
It has been a couple of years that she gave me this “antidote”. But they never stops echoing in my mind each time I'm intensively curious about life's “blows" (smiles). In my blog XceptionalsArena when I feels like calling off the shots, maybe because I “thinks that no one supports or subscribes in the blog” I still feels the words unfilterily echos through my mind. Like she says “...it only takes patience to achieve your heart desires...".
Like I noted earlier, she gives me advice and she never tells me that this is the best, but I considered it to be the best advice - at least for me. And if I seizes the opportunity to pin someone down for a moral talk, I presents this. Hence, I'm giving you the same word Patience Is Virtue, understand and practice it from now!
