NDA Inaugurated Its First Female Professor In our world today, the women are, nearly, are defined as 'nothing-but-women' whereby they're hardly seen or duely recognized in the society. Most times, vital positions are being shared with no or little recognition, going towards their court. Hence, this has been one of the reasons why they're 'fighting' for gender-equality . They feels to be given what they deserves, without being forced under the carpet just because they're women . They feels that the notion of the women inferiority, and the general view of being less active should be changed and trampled down . While some spheres of works are adapting to the tone in handing over some crucial responsibilities to them, some still do not see the importance or the need to do that.
