  10. Menstruating women and ladies should stop drinking cold water and animal's milk as this can trap some bad blood into their system and cause infertility. 
  11. Check the contents of the processed foods to know if they contain chemicals such as food additive/preservative for they are harmful to the health. 
  12. Live a hygienic life styles, maintaining a clean environment, washing of fruits before you you eat, washing your hands before you eat enhances a healthy life. 
  13. Limit your intake on salt, iodized salt is a better ideal, over salty food can lead to hypertension.
